Can I add extra products to my existing order?
Absolutely, if you do this within the order deadline (i.e., by Wednesday noon or Sunday noon, depending on the date of your original order - see delivery date information). You cannot edit an order you have already placed, but you can register the missed products as a separate order. In this case, please enter "extra order" under the comment tab.
What should I do if something is missing from my order?
Please drop an e-mail at email@example.com. We are sorry if you experienced any problems with your order!
When should I expect the delivery?
When ordering, you can indicate the delivery time most convenient for you in the Comments box. We try to take this into account, but we strive to make delivery economical while keeping the burden on the environment as low as possible.
We will let you know about the expected time interval of delivery in an e-mail prior to delivery (Monday and Thursday). If this date does not suit you, please let us know at the contact details provided and we will try to find a solution. The exact time of delivery may vary depending on traffic.
Currently, based on the date of your order, you can expect the following:
- Your order placed between Sunday 12:00 pm (noon) and Wednesday 12:00 pm (noon) will be shipped on the following Thursday afternoon, and
- Your order placed between Wednesday 12:00 pm (noon) and Sunday 12:00 pm (noon) will be shipped on the following Tuesday afternoon.
How much does the delivery cost?
For individuals, the minimum order value is 5 000 HUF and the delivery cost is 1 000 HUF. Your order over 15 000 HUF will be delivered free of charge.
Delivery to restaurants in Budapest is free. (For restaurants, the minimum order value is 15 000 HUF.)
What is the minimum order value?
In case of delivery to Budapest for individuals, the minimum order value is 5 000 HUF, and for restaurants it is 15 000 HUF.
