Order process

Farm2Fork is a small business that delivers the highest quality Hungarian vegetables and fruits from the best local producers straight to your kitchen. On this platform, you can conveniently purchase products that you would otherwise only be able to access through extensive organization. Get to know our producer network and choose from a selection of top-quality products.

Registration

Whether you're ordering as a restaurant or an individual, we first ask you to create a Farm2Fork account. During registration, let us know how you heard about us, and provide your delivery address and contact details.

Product selection

  • After logging in, browse through the available vegetables, fruits, and other products. You can filter the items by type, producer, and whether they are grown organically or conventionally. Each product comes from Hungary.

  • Enter the desired quantity for the selected product, then add it to your cart.

  • At the cart view, you can check the selected products. Here, you can modify the quantity and submit any additional requests.

Delivery addresses

  • After placing your order, we will send you an e-mail confirmation with the delivery date. Orders are processed on Monday and Thursday mornings.

  • Orders placed by 12:00 on Wednesday will be delivered on Thursday and orders placed by 12:00 on Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

  • Shipping for restaurants is free. Minimum order value is 18 000 Ft.

  • For personal orders the minimal order value is 5 000 Ft. The shipping costs: 5-10.000 Ft orders is 1790 Ft. 10-18.000 Ft orders is 1290 Ft. Over 18 000 Ft orders the shipping cost is free.

Ordering dates

Delivery times also depend on when and where the order is placed. This date will be specified during the ordering process, but in general the following can be said:

Until Wednesday 12
They will be delivered on Thursday

Until Sunday 12
Delivered on Monday or Tuesday


Payment

You can pay for the ordered goods in the way agreed during the purchase. For individuals you can pay by SimplePay or cash, and for restaurants and businesses you can pay by cash or bank transfer. 

Shipping

  • Éttermeknek ingyenes a kiszállítás. A minimális rendelési összeg nettó 18 000 Ft

  • For individuals we deliver in the Buda side in districts I, II and III, XI and XII and in the Pest side in districts V, VI, VII, VIII, XIII, IX and XIV.

  • Budaörs, Biatorbágy, Törökbálint and Tata - Mondays between 12-16

  • Buda (except III and XI districts) - Tuesdays 8-12 and Thursdays 12-18

  • Buda - 3rd district: on Tuesdays from 12-16 and Thursdays from 16-20

  • Buda - XI district - Monday 12-16 and Thursday 12-16

  • Pest - for individuals on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 12-19 hours

  • Szentendre/Pilisszentlászló/Budakalász/Üröm: there is delivery on Tuesday afternoons (between 12-16).

  • Lake Balaton: during the summer season we deliver from Balatonakarattya to Dörgicse (along the 71 road) on Tuesdays.

  • Veszprém - Tuesday afternoons (between 12-16) there is delivery.
