Potato 'Hopehely'

A new variety bred in Keszthely, classified as a ‘B/C’ cooking type potato.

Uses: This slightly mealy potato is excellent for culinary use, with high starch content. It is ideal for making dumplings, gnocchi, and similar dishes, but is also well-suited for frying and boiling. It does not discolor when raw or cooked.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight. It is not necessary to refrigerate, but avoid storing it with onions, as this can cause it to sprout faster.
